Splat Farm Gardens is committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all of our activities. We recognise our responsibility to take steps to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place within our organisation or in any part of our supply chains.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It can take many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to preventing exploitation in any form.

As a small, community-based organisation, our operations are local and our supply chains are limited. Nevertheless, we aim to work with suppliers, contractors and partners who share our commitment to ethical and responsible practices.

• Act with transparency and integrity in our operations

• Work with reputable suppliers and local businesses wherever possible

• Remain alert to the potential risks of modern slavery within any services we procure

• Encourage anyone working with or for us to raise concerns if they suspect unethical or exploitative practices
