Join us for the weekend in Somerset’s tranquil countryside, and give yourself the gifts of simplicity, presence, ritual & song.
Here at Splatt Farm, with our hands in the soil and our hearts full of hope, we know how transformative it is to learn from the Wisdom of Nature. This retreat offers guests the opportunity to experience a true escape from the stress and overstimulation of modern life. We welcome you to strip back to basics, and reconnect with yourself and Mother Nature.
Starting on the Friday afternoon when you arrive, you will be encouraged to slow down, and shed what you no longer need. And by the end of Sunday brunch, you will have spent time emotionally composting, reconnecting to your centre, and begun to grow new buds that will bloom for weeks and months to come.
Throughout the weekend you will be expertly led through a varied range of activities, lovingly curated to alchemise your current challenges and nourish your nervous system, leaving you feeling restored and revitalised. With an increasing sense of balance and internal peace, you will spend time in silent contemplation among the flowers and grasses. Evenings around the campfire together will be further warmed by story, song and community connection.
Our final day together embodies shoots of new growth, equipping you with the tools and skills you need to become the deliberate creator of your desired life.
The retreat is lovingly designed and held by Amanda & Assamiya. These two great friends bring a combined experience of over three decades of professional wellbeing experience.
As a personal development coach working with personal empowerment and emotional responsibility, Amanda’s passion lies in sharing compassionate guidance, mindfulness and meditation practices. She is lead grower at Splatt Farm, working with the land to promote biodiversity & community engagement.
Self-development nerd, transformational coach and professional song leader Assamiya contributes her flair for ritual, song & nervous-system healing, along with her passion for empowered self-expression and emotional alchemy.
This will be a substance and alcohol-free retreat, and we encourage guests to switch off their phones for the duration of their stay to maximise mental health benefits.
