Our journey to this idyllic haven began after many years of navigating the bustling streets of London. Three siblings, along with a 10-year-old daughter and her Granddad, made a bold decision to leave the chaos behind and embrace life in the tranquil embrace of Somerset's hills. In March 2021, we welcomed new baby Bodhi into our growing family.
Our vision is as simple as the life we've chosen: to create a happier and more sustainable planet. We're determined to realize this vision by creating a microcosm of this utopia, utilizing the space and resources available to us.
2025 and Beyond: A Sustainable Oasis
By 2025, we envision Splatt Farm Gardens as a holistic wellbeing and happiness center, offering camping, glamping, meditation retreats, educational tours of our sustainable agriculture project, and more. What began in 2020 as a simple, empty field has blossomed into something beautiful, and we invite you to join us on this transformative journey.
Our Commitment to Simplicity
While we develop our facilities to include exciting novelties such as a children's play area, trampoline, slack line, hammock area, and more, we continue to offer the following optional extras, subject to availability: an outdoor solar shower, an eco compost toilet, a private BBQ area, and a sandpit.
Transparent Pricing
Our pricing philosophy is simple and transparent. Our "per person" fee is all-inclusive, meaning we don't charge extra for your tent, car, gazebo, dog, or even your toothbrush. You can camp for a night at this price, with no hidden or required extra charges.
